why are we so desperately attached?
me: dec 29th 1988
my mum: may 12th 1960
we drive each other to EXTREMES (our fights are-well no word will do it justice) but somehow end up forgiving…
i grew up in a big family (6 aunts and 14 cousins) and we are still famous for being the most loving mom and daughter as well as the couple with the most ferocious fights
perhaps astrology can throw some light into why we hate each other so much as well as love each other as extremely!?
You 2 are an excellent match on the surface. You are a dragon, she is a rat. The best match in Chinese astrology. You two are also both earth signs, which means excellent match as well. Cap+Taurus. But you have a Virgo moon and she has a Sag moon, reactions emotionally; you two are different.
This is your compatibilty, based on compatibility aspects in you and your moms charts. From a site called: Cafe Astrology
171 Trine Sun – Mercury
Positive aspect: They are able to solve problems when they put their heads together. Respect for each other’s intelligence. Good understanding between the two persons and intellectual interests in common, the same type of curiosity.
136 Trine Sun – Venus
Positive aspect: It’s not only about love, it’s about “like”. It would be a good idea to schedule plenty of leisure time together, especially when other problems arise in the relationship, if only to remind each other how much they truly enjoy each other’s company, tastes, and interests. They go well together, they love each other, and feel good, happy and radiant in each other’s company. There is much attraction, especially on the part of the Venus person. They are capable of charming each other. Sometimes, they gloss over problems and conflicts just in order to keep the peace, which is not a good idea in the long run.
-114 Square Mars – Saturn
Negative aspect: It is very challenging for such a union to be happy, but if it progresses, it could easily become unbearable! Both parties must be committed to happiness in order for this to work.
-109 Square Mars – Uranus
Negative aspect: They make each other impatient and easily frustrate each other. The sexual attraction is unique and powerful at first, seeming to arise suddenly and unexpectedly. However, it is a temperamental attraction and can leave just as suddenly. Erratic responses to each other.
100 Conjunction Jupiter – Uranus
Positive aspect: This union can be favorable, if the two mutually respect each other. They both like their independence, their freedom of thought and action.
92 Conjunction Jupiter – Saturn
Positive aspect: A favorable union, a joyful family life, thanks to Saturn, this couple will never go lightly into any adventure but will work out and think through everything.
74 Sextile Sun – Neptune
Positive aspect: This aspect shows an attraction to each other beyond the physical. There is a level of forgiveness and mercy in the chemistry between you. You may share your dreams together with a sense of freedom. Tolerance exists between the two of you, which is a very soothing and settling quality.
66 Trine Venus – Neptune
Positive aspect: Favorable union, they have the same artistic tastes in common, their life will sometimes be full of fantasy.
-63 Opposition Mercury – Pluto
Negative aspect: A tendency to want to direct the partner’s thoughts and ideas. Reading too much into what is said and what is not said. The Mercury person doesn’t feel free to express his or her ideas, feels stifled intellectually by the Pluto person.
60 Trine Venus – Uranus
Positive aspect: Union or love will be very strong, not at all intellectual, but sensual and full of romanticism and originality.
55 Trine Mars – Uranus
Positive aspect: Favorable for union, linking originality to initiative and decision-making.
44 Trine Saturn – Pluto
Positive aspect: Favorable union.
-36 Opposition Venus – Pluto
Negative aspect: A very strong passion but destructive, to be avoided if at all possible. Jealousy, possessiveness, and resentment are very possible. If the relationship ends, it is difficult to remain friends, as one person feels burned.
