September 23 considered a Virgo or Libra?
I hate the way at 23.9 is considered a Libra, which features some pounds, which are mostly virgin. So just wondering what astrologers or astrology lovers consider 9-23. Or the fact a Virgo / Libra just depends on the person? I think a virgin.
No, this is not a cusp. How? If it is over 23 degrees that are a pound. If under 22, definitely Virgo.
